Partnership For Healthy Communities
The Arizona Housing Coalition is proud to be a founding member of the Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities, which is a statewide collaboration of more than 30 nonprofits, foundations, businesses and government agencies working to ensure all communities in Arizona are healthy places to live. To aid in this mission, each spring, the former Arizona Housing Alliance proudly partnered with the Arizona Partnership for Healthy Communities to execute four Annual Healthy Communities Conferences.
This year, for the first time ever, we look forward to bringing this annual conference to you as its own independent track of our Annual Statewide Conference, historically executed as the Ending Homelessness Conference.
This unique two-day conference will be a first of its kind, bringing together experts and leaders in best practices to prevent and end homelessness alongside community development practitioners, planning and health professionals, affordable housing developers, nonprofits and direct-service providers, government, and elected officials from all corners of Arizona to learn about the latest in the intersection of health and housing, and the importance of creating healthy communities throughout Arizona.
