DESCRIPTION:This workshop presents trauma-informed care and self-awareness where skills and techniques will be learned\, practiced\, and internalized. These focus on the internal processes that form foundations for developing empathy and promote highly engaging encounters. By the end of the workshop\, participants will be able to identify internal emotional and physiological uses; analyze how trauma exposure\, secondary trauma\, or chronic stress patterns shape perception\, intrinsic motivation\, and communication; and apply grounding and self-regulation strategies to maintain clarity and presence in difficult interactions. \nLEARN MORE AND REGISTER: Trauma-Informed Self-Awareness in Communication \nNote: This is an in-person training.
