LIFE Professional Development Series (Session 7)

In partnership with Florida-based The LIFE Center, the Arizona Housing Coalition is excited to offer the LIFE Professional Development Series for Coalition members only at no cost.

Who is this series for? The LIFE Professional Development series is designed for professionals working in high-demand service environments such as educators, behavioral health staff, case managers, youth service professionals, community-based providers, and organizational teams committed to strengthening workplace culture and service effectiveness. These sessions equip front line and leadership staff with practical tools to improve communication, navigate conflict, sustain motivation, and build resilience in emotionally intensive work.

Program Overview: This high-impact training series strengthens communication, decision-making, professional confidence, and service mindset. Sessions are interactive, scenario-driven, and immediately applicable to daily workplace environments. This series is being offered in a hybrid format including two in-person sessions and four virtual sessions.
